Thursday June 26, 2008 - Steve President Changeover

NO MEETING July 3, 2008

• Get those fivers ready because Steve Wheeldon is taking over as Sergeant-of-Arms for the month of July. He has great things in store for us; just a hint, he will be selling tickets and be sure to wear your pins, but if you forget they will always be for sale at the door. There are a few by rules; for ladies who wear sleeveless tops you can forgo the fine if someone can verify that you have worn your pin during the week. Not to leave the gentlemen out of the equation; if you can also prove you have worn your pin on your bathing suit "speedo" per Mr. Wheeldon you can have a by on the fine. In addition if you would like to promote your business during the meeting, for a small amount of $50.00 to be donated to the LaPlata County Rotary Scholarship Fund (LPC Rotary Scholarship), please contact Steve Wheeldon in advance. This should be a fun month. NO ABUSE WITHOUT A FINE

• Tim Walsworth - Golf Tournament, Friday, July 18, 2008, at the Hillcrest Golf Club. We would appreciate some additional silent auction and door prizes. This is always a great summer event even if you do not play golf. So if you can volunteer your time/effort or items please do. See attachment
