Thursday June 12, 2008 - Steve Roderick, Fort Lewis College Future Plans

• IF YOU DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE GREAT RAFT TRIP YOU MISSED OUT - Tuesday evening was wonderful and 14 of us lucky Rotarians took advantage of the warm air and launched from Santa Rita Park headed down the Animas River for a fun trip of some wild water, dips and spins. Although not guaranteed we would remain entirely dry, some were hoping not to be quite so wet, but when we landed at Dellabeta Park it seemed like it had only begun. Can't wait to try again. We would like to thank Bud Deering for his gracious funding of the adventure, Dick Sullivan for arranging it and the Adaptive Sports Association for supplying the rafts and guides.

• Saturday June 14, 2008, "Who's Your Daddy" a benefit for Children's and Discovery Museum.

• Drivers are still needed for the RYLA convention in Gleenwood Springs, CO on June 26-27, 2008. Please contact Chip Lile if you can provide transportation.
