Sunday, Oct. 9th - Marathon Karrin Little from the evening club is
looking for volunteers to help man the water stop. The Ineract Club with
be manning mile marker 17...If you can help please contact Karrin ASAP.
Oct. 22nd 4-H Trash to Treasures Huge Garage
Sale. Bring your items to be dontaed to the armorary at the
fairgrounds. If you would like to help sort, you can do so on Thursday
and Friday before the event.

We were fortunate enough to have with us Meg, who is such a strong believer in
Rotary and the 4 Way Test!!! Meg trains students ethics using our 4 Way
Test. She also, trains teachers, nurses and administrators to teach our 4
way test. She works with small groups of High School students. Each
group usually will also have an addition Rotarian working in the group.
We all got to roll play what it would be like to be in one of her training
sessions. Questions were asked by the students and we, as the students'
friends were to come up with possible solutions to their problems as it relates
to the 4 Way Test. It was very informative and fun to role play for many
of us who have not done this type of interaction for many years. Teaching
ethics can be a touchy subject but when combined with the 4 Way Test proves to
be quite affective.
