Announcements:
* A volunteer is needed to take the minutes
on 4/21. If you are willing and
able, please e-mail Jen Simon at jen&ksut.org.
* The second trip to
* Trash pick up scheduled for
breakfast or come at 9. Pam Moore is heading this up.
* Car Rally is coming along nicely. Sources
of revenue include food for
sale, a silent auction, beer garden, and poker run. There
will be no pancake
breakfast this year. Half of the club has signed up to help.
If you haven’t,
be prepared to pay next week! If you are helping, you’re
asked to sell 2
poker run tickets. If you’re not helping, you will be
required to sell 4
tickets. If everyone sells his or her required number, we
will generate
$7,500 from the poker run alone.
* Durango Nature Center’s trail building
day was great. Approximately1.5
miles of trail were built. Weed pullers are needed April 30.

* The Philippines GSE team has resolved its
visa problems and will arrive
4/27 for a 2-day break. We still need host families. Plans
are also being
made to include a trip to Mesa Verde and a tour of Rocky
Mountain Chocolate
Factory. See John Marshall for details.
* A trip to Chile is in the works for
February-March of 06. Mike McGuire is
in charge.
* Bob Chaput has roster updates. They’re
available at the check-in table.
* Steve Govreau announced that 6 people are
going to the District Assembly,
the 16th or 23rd of April…if you plan to go, contact Steve
to carpool.
* The new board was announced. What an
esteemed group!

Mike Matheson (for the month of April) collected the
following:
* Happy dollars from Steve & Jeanie
Wheeldon, for their daughter’s
engagement
* Happy dollars from Sherry Tabor, for the
new library
* Ellen Stuart Roberts paid up (a hefty
fine, one might add) for having her
picture appear in the Mercy Medical Center annual report
* Tom Brossia paid up for being the new
State Chairman for Ducks Unlimited
* Greg Lyman happily paid for his son, a
professional actor who’s bringing
a one-man show to Pike’s Peak Center in Colorado Springs
* Tammy Coddington paid for her $30th
birthday and for being so happy to be
back among adults
* Bob Salzer paid for being in the paper
