One person dies every minute of heart problems.  Ten times more people die of heart issues than of cancer.

In women the signs of heart attack are:

fatigue / weakness / pain in jaw / shortness of breath / loss of appetite / anxiety / flu like symptoms.   Any of these can be present.

Men experience pressure in the chest and arm pain.

1 in 4 women die of heart disease    1 in 5 men.

How to avoid heart problems….. don’t smoke, keep active (exercise regularaly), eat healthy &  lose weight if overweight.
