Our own Jeff Brown won an
award for being a supporter of children's issues in
Club Service Chair person
Dave Ganevsky is looking for a few good Rotarians to help him plan this year's
Christmas party.
He also explained the "table captain" idea...... one person at each
table in charge of collecting fines and distributing all
the paper / info / sign up sheets we get each week.

of the visiting GSE team have had problems getting visas - they are scheduled
to arrive here

Ted pointed out that if you are
old enough to get AARP magazine, on page 92 there is a good wheelchair
article. He also
got a SECOND haircut this week! way to go Ted!!
Several Rotarians and a
guest donated $$$ for a quick plug by Sgt at Arms extraordinaire - Steve Wheeldon.
Steve gave them each
an abbreviated "free minute" commercial plug for their
respective businesses.
Doug L recently
purchased an air service out at
Arvella is home and
recovering from 2 heart attacks one on Labor day and another 2 days
later. She would REALLY appreciate
your prayers and get well cards. Her address is

and emotionally charged program with 2 groups discussing the upcoming
"Responsible Growth Initiative".
